Wills, Trusts & Estates

Clarie Law Offices, P.A. is proud of its professional and personal service in assisting clients in the preparation of Wills, Trusts and other aspects of estate planning. In addition to the actual drafting of these documents, we work with our clients together with their accountants and financial advisors in considering both Federal estate and income taxation as part of each estate plan. Our attorneys also provide personal planning in the preparation of powers of attorney, living wills and other health care directives.

As to the administration of estate, trust, POA and guardianship accounts, we offer innovative services to represent clients who have been appointed to serve in those matters. In the handling of these accounts, we offer a computerized management system which includes access to the accounting and investment services of a local Trust Company. This unique system can provide a convenient and cost effective opportunity for our clients to direct the administration of an estate, trust, POA or guardianship they have been appointed to manage.

For those clients who have litigated matters, we also assist personal representatives, trustees and beneficiaries in successful resolution of contested claims involving Estates, Trusts, Guardianships and benefits paid under contracts or agreements upon death.

Adoptions

Our attorneys at Clarie Law Offices, P.A. provide adoption services for relative and step -parent adoptions. We also provide counsel and assist with adoptions handled through the Florida Department of Children and Family Services as well as provide legal assistance with all phases of international adoptions.

Special Services as Legal Counsel

Attorney D’Arcy R. Clarie, Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates, is available to serve as administrator ad litem, curator and guardian ad litem to assist other lawyers in the resolution of complex, contested or litigated probate, trust or guardianship issues. Attorney D’Arcy Clarie is also available to serve as an expert witness or court appointed mediator in wills or trust contests if requested.
