D’Arcy R. Clarie, a graduate of Providence College in Rhode Island, earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
He is a member of both the Connecticut and Florida Bar Associations.   He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates.
He has served as an adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law in the specialty of Probate Litigation as well as teaching at St. Petersburg Junior College, where he lectured in Philosophy and Moral Ethics.
Mr. Clarie is a member of the American Counsel Association and has been selected as a Leading Florida Attorney in Trusts and Estate Planning law.
Peggy Clarie Senentz, received her Juris Doctor from Barry University, School of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Florida Adoption Council.
After graduating from the University of Tampa, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, she continued her education at Texas Tech University earning a Master of Arts in Museum Science.   Prior to attending law school, she was a College Professor of the Humanities and English in Malaysia and Hong Kong.   Upon her return to the US, she was a Professor of the Humanities at St. Petersburg Junior College and serves as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Tampa and National Louis University in the liberal arts curriculum.
She is the co-author of Our Tainted Environment and Juvenile Violence: A Look to Legislators published in the Environmental Law Reporter, June 2003, vol. XXXIII #6.
She practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates, Corporations, Real Estates and Adoptions.
